Domenic’s parents were originally born in the region of Abruzzi, Italy, playing as kids in the streets of the village of Pratola Peligna. His dad emigrated to Canada in 1960, and his mom followed in 1969. With a dream of starting a family, they reunited and married in 1970. Domenic and his two sisters therefore grew up in a hard-working family. Although the family was largely poor, mom and dad always helped others in need, founded on acts of selfless service.

To this day, Domenic honours his parents’ legacy by always striving to inspire others to become better and improve. As Domenic would say... “By not holding back on helping others, great things always happen”. Clearly, his life is dedicated to helping people in surpassing themselves.

With these principles in mind, Domenic’s vision for sales excellence is founded on being passionate about everything we do and being motivated to get up every day to make a difference and learn something new. That’s why Domenic is so driven to teach sales globally to get this winning process out there; to help sales leaders and professionals succeed and providing them with what they need to become sales legends.

Domenic strongly believes in sales being lots of fun. Surely, hard work is needed in sales, but there’s a new way of playing the sales game in the new economy, where spaces for new conversations are constantly created founded on discovering what truly matters for clients. That’s founded on caring for clients, and never holding back on helping them achieve unprecedented growth.

Domenic’s biggest support team, and why he cares so much about giving his best in sales, is founded on words that constantly resonate within him... “I believe in you”, coming from his wife Chantal. At the end of the day, if sales matter so much for Domenic, it’s because his family, parents, wife and two daughters, matter so much for him. He cares about creating a sales legacy that will inspire his own family to become better, stronger, and more loving.

Domenic has always approached sales with a servant leadership mentality, much like his parents have always helped others in need, even after his mom, a breast cancer survivor, never stopped offering her presence, help and kindness, after being diagnosed with cancer.

If there was ever a new way to do sales and become legendary in doing so, it was likely founded on hard work, serving others and being so profoundly appreciative and thankful for the opportunity to create sustainable growth, for the betterment of our families, communities, and country. Certainly, this has been part of Domenic’s sales legend story so far, with no intent of ever stopping, because he cares so much about helping others create their own growth from gaining access to a winning process that has served him so much well through the years.

The time to share this winning process globally has come. The time for new lasting sales growth and sales legends is now, clearly.
